Take I-70 West past Frederick to alternate Route 40.  Take alt. Route 40 to the next exit (sign reads Middletown and Braddock Heights).  Bear left into Middletown and turn right at the stop light onto Green.  Green runs into the parking lot of several schools.  The pool is located at the last school along Green.
